We stopped in at Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County and had Robert Shulz as our salesman. He was the nicest, not pushy, very knowledgeable salesman I have ever had in buying a car. He set up a lot of the features for us, and if he hadn't we still probably would not have our cell phones set up in our Prius. He went over everything showing us how to use its features. It was an enjoyable experience, not what I have been use to in the past. I would recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota to anyone who is interested in a Toyota, and to ask for Robert Wolfe. Recent Service Visit I bought my car at Jay Wolfe and have brought it back for service and repairs over the years. This time, like all others, I was treated in a courteous I bought my car at Jay Wolfe and have brought it back for service and repairs over the years. This time, like all others, I was treated in a courteous and professional manner. Pam is friendly, super-knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain the dealer's service recommendations. The waiting lounge and restrooms were clean and Michelle was attentive and provided first class service to all even though the place was packed. One concern I had this time for my 90K visit, and the reason for my 3 star rating, was a presumption that I wanted to have all of the recommendations done to my car (to the tune of $1,100+) without looking to see if I actually needed them, That included things like engine and performance additives, quite a few fluid/filter changes, etc.. Many of the items aren't listed in the owner's maintenance manual. If money weren't an object, I'd simply give my okay and get it all done. Pam walked me through each of the items and I narrowed it down to about $400+worth of work. I'm certainly not a car expert and I sincerely appreciate the time Pam took to walk through the service order, but I couldn't help but feel there was some pressure that caused me to pause. I'm chalking it off that it's the nature of this industry. I'll return to this dealer and recommend it to others, but I would throw a caution out there to carefully review what will be done to your car upfront. One final note, I found it odd that I had a flat tire within one mile of leaving the dealership. It was simply a small hole that certainly could have come from anywhere, but it was the timing of it that made it unsettling for me. More

I went in to have an oil change and a safety inspection. The person who waited on me mentioned that my tires were needing to be replaced as well. I knew they were getting close so I had that done as well. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and I waited inside. I did not leave Jay Wolfe until almost 5 p.m. -- nearly 7 hours later! I'm just glad I had no where to be that afternoon. I kept getting excuse after excuse why it was taking so long. On top of all that, when I finally got in my car to leave, I noticed that my dirty air filter was still sitting on the floor of the passenger side of my car. When I told Gary, the service person about it, he opened my glove compartment and stuck it back in himself. After all of that, I received just a $20 credit on my next visit, even though I paid nearly $1,000 for service and tires. I'm not so sure I want to come back after this experience, especially since there is another Toyota dealership and a Dobbs Tire store much closer to my home. Gary, the service person I dealt with and the lady at the food counter were friendly and helpful, which is why I did not give my experience a one-star rating. Note: This morning, when I still had not had an opportunity to give a review on my service experience, Concerned that I would not get a chance to rate my service, I went to the Google Reviews page and typed what is printed above. I wanted to make sure that the owner or manager had a chance to see my review of what happened yesterday. More

She's a bonus ambassador for your customer service ratings. Dave in service was good too. Our car had to stay an extra due to a wrong replacement part arriving, but with a loaner, it didn't matter. It was our Subaru being worked on, but we vastly prefer to work with your dealership. More

They finally replaced the compressor 2016 which seemed to fix the problem for a while. Recently the same problem appears with A/C not turning on, so I brought it in for service to get a call it was ready for pick up. I turned on the car outside of the dealership and the A/C started to blow hot air for over four minutes which is not normal or repaired. I asked the service person to come to the car outside and he confirmed that it needed to stay for three days to get proper service/repair. I am not sure how this will work out, but I think I got a lemon of a car. More

Although I experienced delays with getting my registration and title paperwork for my vehicle, it is because of the level of service Maurice provided that I am pleased with my purchase and will definitely refer my family and friends to him.
