I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Unlike previous visits, there was no multipoint inspection performed. Even if they know I'm not going to put any large amount of money into the car, the current status of the tread on my tires and condition of my brake pads is important for my safety. The service tech was not in the least bit friendly. I think he was annoyed that he wasn't going to make any money off of me. My car has been serviced at Jay Wolfe since 2008 and I was usually impressed with the level of service. Sadly this is no longer the case. Which is too bad as I plan to replace my car in 2021. Even if I decide to buy another Toyota I doubt it will be from Jay Wolfe. More

I was told when I bought my Highlander that you would repair minor scratches free for 1 yr. about a year later I asked the service “write up” guy to fix a scratch on the door handle. I have been bringing my Solara to Jay Wolfe for service since I purchased it from the dealership in 2011. Service has always been excellent... this visit was no exception. I appreciated Danny's explanation of what caused the "check engine" light on my Highlander. Fortunately, all is well with the engine. I also had the oil & filter changed, along with tire rotation and "check engine" light on my Highlander. Fortunately, all is well with the engine. That's a lot to do on my Highlander on a Monday morning, but your service dept. took care of everything efficiently - around 2.5 hours was reasonable. I brought my work with me and completed most of it in the comforts of the waiting area. More
