He also noted some aftermarket lights and had them skip the carwash for fear of it breaking them. Then he showed me to the lounge, which is very nice, where I waited for less time than I was told to expect, which is always nice. He came and got me when it was done and showed me to my vehicle. Last December I bought a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 from Jay Wolfe and I brought it in for its first 5,000 mile maintenance, to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids checked and topped off. I arrived early and was immediately led to their customer waiting area where they provided me complimentary food from off a menu and a beverage while I waited. I sat in a nice padded soft chair in comfort while I waited, with my iPad sitting on my lap as I surfed the Internet over their guest WiFi. The hospitality and customer service was nothing like anything I had ever experienced at a dealership before. They not only serviced my vehicle for no charge, but even washed it for me. I was so impressed with my purchase experience and now their service department and customer service that I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from Jay Wolfe. More
