He was friendly, checked all the TSBs, recalls, and service advisories for my 2001 Tacoma to see if anything needed to be done in addition to the services I had come in for, without trying to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need. He also noted some aftermarket lights and had them skip the carwash for fear of it breaking them. Then he showed me to the lounge, which is very nice, where I waited for less time than I was told to expect, which is always nice. He came and got me when it was done and showed me to my vehicle. Great service! I will definitely be coming back More

Last December I bought a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 from Jay Wolfe and I brought it in for its first 5,000 mile maintenance, to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids checked and topped off. I arrived early and was immediately led to their customer waiting area where they provided me complimentary food from off a menu and a beverage while I waited. I sat in a nice padded soft chair in comfort while I waited, with my iPad sitting on my lap as I surfed the Internet over their guest WiFi. The hospitality and customer service was nothing like anything I had ever experienced at a dealership before. They not only serviced my vehicle for no charge, but even washed it for me. I was so impressed with my purchase experience and now their service department and customer service that I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from Jay Wolfe. More
