Service has improved significantly from a few years ago I have a 20+ year-old Camry with 300K+ miles and have used this dealership for service on and off for the last 10 years. A few years ago it seemed lik I have a 20+ year-old Camry with 300K+ miles and have used this dealership for service on and off for the last 10 years. A few years ago it seemed like they were looking for things that they could justify working on. For example, in 2013 they did a lot of needed maintenance and with t hat I opted for a fuel/air induction service, which I was told would improve performance. However, afterwards the engine ran worse, so I took it back in, thinking they maybe had not put things back properly. They diagnosed the problem as a new one: oil leaking up the distributor shaft and recommended a $739 replacement. Taking it another shop fixed the problem for $40 by cleaning the throttle body and setting the timing. In the last few years, however, when I have taken the car in for an oil change, they have not come up with any expensive recommendations. I see this as a very positive change. The car is old, and they could probably come up with quite a list, but have not done so. The car is coming up for a timing belt replacement and I plan on taking it to them for this. More

He and the entire team bent over backwards for us when we decided to purchase a second vehicle that same evening because it would be a great deal long term. I would highly recommend Jay Wolfe in the future, request Joe as your sales man and Michael as your finance guy at the end. I'm looking forward to coming back for service for my vehicles because it's a great environment. More
