Jay Wolfe Toyota Service is awesome. They go the extra mile. I have a couple of favorite service people that I work with when taking my car in for service at Jay Wolfe. Mark is great at customer service and so I have a couple of favorite service people that I work with when taking my car in for service at Jay Wolfe. Mark is great at customer service and so are the other service people I have dealt with there. My most recent visit included installing a drive belt, rear brakes and brake fluid change. The brake fluid price was misquoted; however, the service is always great. I left to take a walk because I was bored. When I learned that additional service (installing rear brakes) was going to take longer than expected, Jay Wolfe Toyota let me borrowed a rental car so I could run errands. I didn't ask for this, they offered. The service team there are always a pleasure to deal with. More
