It was way too busy. I guess you have been very successful in getting people to use your service, so much so that the place was too crowded. I waited 10 to 15 minutes to speak to a service rep after getting there on time for my appointment because they were all either with a customer, on the phone, or wrapping up something on the computer. This process needs to be more efficient, without stacks of paper everywhere. Someone also should have recognized me and the two other people standing there and said they would be with us shortly - instead we were ignored. There appeared to be no sense of urgency on anyone's part to get done quickly and get to the waiting customers. Then, the lounge was packed. When I asked what day would be less busy, I was told that every day is like this, and it is even worse on Friday and Saturday. The cosmetic work that was done on my vehicle was not very good. Touch up paint was applied, maybe once, maybe twice, but it appeared that no sanding was done and I can still see the scuff. I could have done a better job myself. More

Kevin is a great sales person, he wont pressure unnecessarily and very patient and do prompt follow up to ensure he wont miss a deal.Thank you Kevin for all your work. Saga of Getting a GPS Upgrade I was having some issues with my GPS system in my 2016 4 Runner. I called Toyota and they were not much help but, did tell me to call my Dealer. After many calls and forgotten return calls, I had an appointment set for Friday 8/11/17 for 8 AM with a loaner. When I got there, there was some confusion as to what was to happen. I was told to leave the vehicle and it should be no more than a hour to update the software. I waited and within the hour I got a call from Andrew Duncan that said I was finished and could take my vehicle and go. Andrew then told me that they finally found the appointment set up. All good the update was finally done. More
