There were a few hiccups when signing the final paperwork, but Robert and his associates made us feel as though they were our advocates and in the end we walked away happy customers. Thank you! More

Now I have to make a second trip and spend time away from other things to have the oil leak fixed. Changing oil is not rocket science and this should not happen. Update: My wife left a message with the service center and someone called the next morning to check availability. They sent a couple of techs to our home 28 miles from the dealership to promptly resolve the problem. They found and corrected the problem then cleaned the underside of the car and said they would note to clean it better next time it was at the dealership. Great service recovery!! Didn't expect that. More
