Went in for a warranty oil change. Had an appointment and told them I would wait. 2 hours later after I am the only person left in the waiting area they tell me that they "forgot" my car. Hayden (Skip Hayden) was a very helpful no-pressure salesperson. I came in very late on a Saturday evening to shop my options. He was patient and quickly showed me vehicles on the lot that met my req salesperson. I came in very late on a Saturday evening to shop my options. Although it was close to closing time, he offered a test drive and was prepared to close the deal that night with the rest of the team, if needed. I decided to wait until Monday. And, he was ready on Monday with all the info we needed to close the deal.
