Excellence Jay Wolfe goes out of there way to give you an excellent experience when buying a new car or having your car serviced. You can also enjoy, breakfast, lunch or dinner at their Bistro snack bar. There service is over the top. My salesman which was Billy Morton was superb. He was patient and very knowledgeable. After we purchased our car Billy went over every aspect of our new car. He wasn't worried about the time he spent with us. He was more concerned about us understanding our new car and it's new safety features. Mike Bozzi also assisted Billy in questions about the safety aspects of our car and was also very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier about the decision we made buying from Jay Wolfe for our third time. I also appreciated the time Omar our finance specialist spent with us. He again was very knowledgeable and patient with us. My service person is Pam Oakes. She has always given me great service when I went in for my scheduled maintenance appointments. More
Don't keep their promises. When I took my car for service several months ago, the dealership texted my son several times reminded about the appointment. This happened because hi When I took my car for service several months ago, the dealership texted my son several times reminded about the appointment. This happened because his phone number was in the dealer's system and was very annoying to him. At that time (several months ago) I asked the service person to remove my son's phone number from their system and he promised to take care of it. Recently I scheduled another service visit and the only phone number in the dealer's system was my son's. Again I provided my phone number and asked for my son's number to be removed. The woman who made the appointment promised to take care of it. When I took my car in for the appointment, the service person asked which phone number to reach me at, mine or my son's - because both are in their system. I asked the service person to PLEASE REMOVE MY SON'S PHONE NUMBER FROM THEIR SYSTEM and he promised to take care of it. The next time someone from this dealership promises to take care of something I will make a point of asking by when that will happen. More
