It was our first time buying a car and the staff walked us through the process well, so that we knew what to do and had plenty of time for questions etc. Everything was pleasant and efficient -they really have thought of everything. We were there for several hours with our young child, but the dealership provides free snacks, drinks, a play area, and the staff were all patient and friendly so it wasn't stressful for us. We're really happy with our Toyota RAV4, and feel we know the car pretty well from the staff's explanations and demonstrations. More

This visit was not quite as good as usual because it started in the period between the morning and afternoon personnel. providing snack/food service. Usually the snack baskets and popcorn machine is filled and there are usually there is one or more copies of newspapers. The snack situation was remedied after noon, including making popcorn (My favorite snack). Fortunately, expecting the 3 hour service, I had brought a book with me. However I still missed the newspapers. Overall, a good visit just not the usual excellent one. More

I stopped in for a quick look approximately 4 months prior to my purchase day, and Kevin followed-up with me from time to time, not too often and not too little. He let me know when Toyota was offering the rebate, which brought me back in and ended in purchase. Kevin was respectful, and a superb listener from start to finish. He took care of everything. I appreciate, very much, how he treated me, on day of purchase and when I have needed to go back. The Parts/Service department at Jay Wolfe has Danny Ruckman working there, who has been absolutely stellar to me. Danny took care of getting a piece of molding replaced on my car, and he realized my phone connection was cutting out while we were setting up the appointment, so he then scheduled a software update which fixed the problem. Danny was tremendous when I had someone ding my car door and leave their red paint on my white car. Danny had it taken to the body shop to remove the ding and then to the detail shop to remove the red paint. Danny worked it in quickly, he is professional, so polite, kind, and he coordinates everything with efficiency. The molding replacement, software update, ding removal and paint removal were all taken care of and covered by Jay Wolfe. I will buy my next car at Jay Wolfe and recommend to others. More
