There were so many people waiting in line to drop off cars. 1 customer complained and was told everyone arrived at the same time for the 1:00 appointment - ummm, yeah, that's why we all made an appointme cars. 1 customer complained and was told everyone arrived at the same time for the 1:00 appointment - ummm, yeah, that's why we all made an appointment! There should never be that many people all waiting to check in at the same time, in the cold, in the middle of a pandemic - poor customer service. My daughter took my car in for me because I am unable to drive right now and she asked me how long she would be there. It was an oil change appointment, so I said 30-45 minutes at the longest. I finally called customer service when she texted me to say that she was still there and it was 2:45. 2 hours for an oil change - that's ridiculous. I bought my car there and so did my son and we usually service our cars where we purchase them, but this has me rethinking that decision. My daughter has a Honda and the service there has always been terrible to the point where she was planning on bringing her Honda to Toyota for service, but when she got home she said she'd never go back. She said that the service advisor was nice to her, but she would never wait 2 hours for an oil change. I asked if they at least washed the car and she said there's a sign posted that it would just add more wait time - so, no car wash. I also received a call from the service advisor wanting to add a tire rotation and a few other things to my car. I didn't want my daughter to wait longer (thank goodness I didn't add anything else on or she may still be there!) I disagreed with the recommendation to rotate the tires when there was only 2000 miles since the last tire rotation. Doesn't that seem excessive? I'm not sure of the other things that were recommended because I didn't get a paper with those - just a receipt for the oil change. A very disappointing visit. And PLEASE do not call me with an apology - just work on your scheduling department for service. You are clearly taking too many cars in each time slot and then the mechanics are unable to keep up. It's super rude, not to mention unsafe during a pandemic. More

Jacques was excellent. Upbeat but not the hard sell. Very knowledgeable. Same with Billy, who handled the financing and got me a good deal. Well, they informed me I needed new front brake pads when I went in for an oil change. I said ok. Already there 90 min fir an oil change. I was at the desk trying to find out what was taking so long. I said ok for the front brakes. Sat again fir another 2 hrs. Service rep told me they don’t have the brake pads but should be getting them soon. They did give me a rental so I could go hone and wait. Two more hours and I went back to get it. I just hate waiting so long in doors with Covid out there. More
