I met with their sales rep named Patrick Moore and he was great. Very open, honest, and approachable. We were in a very difficult situation because we couldn't buy the new Sienna right away. He understood and in no way pressured us into buying it. I told him when the time came, we would be ready. I compared Jay Wolfe to 2 other dealer prices and they came in the cheapest of the other three, not by much, but by enough. My only "concern" if you would like to call it that, was that when Ron, the sales manager, heard about our situation, he offered my wife and I a voucher for a cruise of the Caribbean and a gift card to a local restaurant. I was very thankful for each. It's been a long and stressful month for our entire family. We shouldn't have been in there buying a new vehicle to begin with. The issue...when I took the voucher home and looked up reviews, there were many comments about how this voucher was a complete scam. That was a little bit of a let down, but I wasn't there to get a trip to the Caribbean. I was there to replace our old vehicle. When I pulled up to buy the van, Patrick had everything ready to go for us. I wasn't in the dealer longer than an hour and 15 minutes actually making the purchase. It went very well. I do think the warranty options portion of buying the vehicle is, well, annoying, because this is how dealers make a significant amount of money with each purchase. Omar was who was working with our family in the finance department. He was great. He tried to give us the best finance options and warranty options on the van. My issue with this...we buy Toyota because they don't need extended warranty. If they were a company where parts would break down frequently, we wouldn't buy Toyota. We would buy a different make. My wife and I have own a total of 6 different Toyota vehicles, from the Echo, Tacoma, 2 Siennas, and 2 4-Runners. Each one will run forever. Each one was well on its way to 200,000 miles unless we had to trade it in, or the last one was totaled in an accident (still had 139,000 miles on it). The trade in value is the best with Toyotas, and they last. I see no need to spend more money on extended warranties when they are built to last anyway. And, I take great care of my vehicles to begin with. But, he was still very professional. He wasn't too pushy like most people who work for finance can be. This is the 4th vehicle in a row we have bought from Jay Wolfe. As long as they continue to give us the best prices, we will continue doing business with them. I do a lot of research and I always shop around when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. But for the last 4 times, we have always made our purchase at Jay Wolfe. Unless someone else begins beating their prices, we will probably continue going with them in another 5-10 years when we purchase another Toyota. More

Advisor (Kyle Owens) was great and service was fast Great area to get work done, watch tv, etc. Even got a free car wash on outside which was nice and will be in winter when all salt on road!
