Poor intake system in service department I recently made appointment for my vehicle which is the second one I bought from Jay Wolff for its first maintenance check. Upon entering the service I recently made appointment for my vehicle which is the second one I bought from Jay Wolff for its first maintenance check. Upon entering the service counter there were several people waiting to be helped and a lack of service consultants available. After 5 or so minutes a person became available and she told me I had to wait for the person I was assigned to. There were at least two people available to help those of us waiting and they just sat there. I find this to be odd and showed the process for the intake definitely lacks proficiency. Also, the individual I finally needed to see after 10 minutes plus, was not pleasant and seemed rushed and overwhelmed. I would recommend reviewing and looking at your process which I think could use some improvement. I've been to other dealerships with a more refined and better system. More

Bill was wonderful to work with. Bill had me in a loaner car and service processed in 30 minutes at 0700 the day after T-Day which was a very busy day at the service department.
