I gave the vehicle a good going over and test drive with a sales rep and the rest of the process was straight forward. Note the person that works the Web desk is not your final sales person. Best Customer Service from anywhere! Unexpected long trip brought my mileage to where I needed service before I expected. They got me in the next day, earlier even than the appointment. Unexpected long trip brought my mileage to where I needed service before I expected. They got me in the next day, earlier even than the appointment. Diligent service found I needed an alignment, which wasn't as nearly as expensive as I've paid elsewhere. I could tell the difference in driving immediately. Plus they washed my van (which is part of the deal), but they also vacuumed inside (not part of the deal) all while I enjoyed the massaging chair and free coffee. I'm spoiled now and will not be able to go anywhere else, EVER! More

I had vast amount of internet research on pricing, when we met with Mike Bozzi, on my second visit, Mike was just as open and honest, and the data he showed me matched my own homework. We then negotiated an amount I am most happy with. The Highlander might sell itself, but I switched from a closer to home dealership that I had bought my previous 4 vehicles based on the open and transparent dealings I received at Jay Wolfe Toyota.
