If Toyota thinks people don't notice, the company is mistaken. The "poor man's Lexus" is now costing as much to service as a Lexus. Timely and professional communication was initiated by service advisor Dustin Butler on multiple occasions throughout the day. As a result, I didn’t have to seek out the service department once. I’m 53 years old and have owned numerous makes and models of vehicles, and can say that I have never received better customer service from a car dealer. Outstanding! More

I called Rob Youngclaus and he looked into it and said he would have a check made and mailed to us. Also I found the internet pricing to be confusing because I thought the sale price was because the car was a 2017. Rob said the sale price was a Cosco discount. The total on the MSRP price was $29767.00 and the sale price was $26495.00 a difference of $3272.00. We received a Cosco discount of $2000.00 so if the sale price was the Cosco discount I feel it should have been $3272.00. Please notify me of the discrepancy. More

Yet labor costs were approx $140, plus a misc charge for 'disposal' charges (which I have no idea what they disposed of, since they were adding parts). So overall, a disappointing visit. More
