They have always helped us out in every way possible not only giving us a good deal but also being very understanding that my husband and I are extremely busy people getting us in and out as quickly as possible. They make buying a car easy, enjoyable and fun. My family WILL return to this dealership to make another purchase in the future. They stay loyal to us so we will do the same in return. So busy it must be good Calling and setting up the appointment was a breeze, getting called to verify work and other stuff they found was very nice. Going to pick it up the place was slightly crazy busy. Must have been everyone leaving work to the New Year. Though it was crowded the service folks were very patient. Only bummer was no car wash was done - but then again it was barely 1F so I understand. More

Four hours for a nail in a tire Granted, it was between Christmas and New Years, but a four hour visit for a new tire is pretty harsh. Also, the new tire was $250 vs. $150 at the local tire place, other than that the place is always clean, free food and manager knocked off $50. So, a 3 star visit overall. More

Worst dealership experience: lies, rude, unprofessional I came in with my family and, unfortunately, the sales person resulted to lying about several features about the 2017 Toyota sienna premium limited FW I came in with my family and, unfortunately, the sales person resulted to lying about several features about the 2017 Toyota sienna premium limited FWD, such as the "reassurance" that it is an 8 seater; he also insisted white and red exterior costs more money, and I corrected him on the spot...etc. Before I left the manager, Mike Bozzi, came to encourage me to speak to him directly when I return for a purchase. I came back another day to make an offer for a purchase. The manager, Mike Bozzi was very rude from the start. The admin staff called and personally walked up to him remind him that I am waiting for him. He looked at me then looked away. He told sales person to "go see what he wants," and he just walked away. I requested for only Maurice to help me since he was the original sales person. During the negotiation, Mike Bozzi came and was rude and unprofessional: 1. He said this is the best offer (which I knew is not good enough since I got lower quotes by email from farther dealerships). 2. He continued to say that I am wasting the sales persons time, and if I don't like the deal to leave 3. As I was standing up and collecting the paperwork, he yanked the papers out of my hands, and out of no where he says "These are mine, and you can't do that to me!" 4. He walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. In short I warn against this dealership, and their management. This is the worst dealership by far that I've visited by a HUGE margin. I hope to hear disciplinary actions taken against this dealership. More
