Making the appointment is extremely tedious I first called the direct number for service and went to voice mail. Then, when I called back I asked for service and they said do you need to talk t I first called the direct number for service and went to voice mail. Then, when I called back I asked for service and they said do you need to talk to the service department or scheduling (they sent me to a centralized scheduling, which I was unaware of) and I was asked a gazillion unnecessary questions and it was not at all the customer service that I am used to at Jay Wolfe. So, I called the direct number again (3rd time) and also received voice mail. I called a 4th time and told the receptionist that it was going to voice mail and finally spoke to a person who got my daughters car in the same day (which is very typical for Jay Wolfe). Service was great as usual. I would recommend NEVER sending calls to the centralized scheduling as they speak in a very generic fashion and clearly do not know the customers. And, always having someone that answers the phone in the Jay Wolfe service department. More

3 hrs for a tire rotiation and they fail to hear the rear end whine I brought it in for. I thought I was going to buy a used Prius but after evaluating the GREAT deal I was offered I went with a NEW Prius 4 and have not had one moment of buyers remorse, in fact the more I drive it the more I love it. In addition I very much appreciate the followup that has occurred after the sale, I go back next week for my first Luster Spa Bath, for my car that is, can't wait to tell them how happy I am with my decision. More
