Had appointment (9:40) for state inspection and waited for car. After 2 hrs, car not touched from parking spot. I asked the service advisor what was taking so long. Took 15 min after I complained. Crowded service check in area with some advisors just clicking away on computers, ignoring customers. Eventually I got to one, and he then sent me to another person. Some customers in lounge did not follow mask requirement...dealer needs to enforce published health safety requirements. Note: I selected Bill Bennet as a person I worked with, but am not sure of this. The survey would not let me submit without choosing someone. Another process/customer dissatisfaction defect. More

Scott was very helpful with a novel request. People are stealing catalytic converters from Prius cars in my neighborhood, and I found a $160 protective plate that prevents the theft.
