Routine maintenance It was routine maintenance that comes up every now and again. While I believe in general the "Maintenance Required" lights are more about revenue than It was routine maintenance that comes up every now and again. The service "required" was too expensive in my opinion, but I trust the dealership to do the job right and not try and rip me off, like Dobbs Tires has in the past. Pam was great, btw. She was professional and trustworthy. I will say that they usually wash the car after service, or they have for me. This time they did not :( I'll return, but only with a coupon or some other kind of discount. More

Making the appointment is extremely tedious I first called the direct number for service and went to voice mail. Then, when I called back I asked for service and they said do you need to talk t I first called the direct number for service and went to voice mail. Then, when I called back I asked for service and they said do you need to talk to the service department or scheduling (they sent me to a centralized scheduling, which I was unaware of) and I was asked a gazillion unnecessary questions and it was not at all the customer service that I am used to at Jay Wolfe. So, I called the direct number again (3rd time) and also received voice mail. I called a 4th time and told the receptionist that it was going to voice mail and finally spoke to a person who got my daughters car in the same day (which is very typical for Jay Wolfe). Service was great as usual. I would recommend NEVER sending calls to the centralized scheduling as they speak in a very generic fashion and clearly do not know the customers. And, always having someone that answers the phone in the Jay Wolfe service department. More
Regular maintenance + recall I went in for scheduled maintenance and a state inspection. Scheduling (and modifying my appointment) was easy online. Bill was great throughout. He noticed that I had a recall but it would take several hours so he arranged a loaner car. A few issues were found during the inspection so he called me to talk through them. The air filter changes seemed expensive but otherwise the service was great. Thanks Bill. More
