As with appointments in the past, someone immediately greeted me as soon as I drove up. Pam did a great job explaining objectively the services that my vehicle was due for, but didn't pressure me about what to get done. I waited while my Highlander was being serviced and the Bistro was awesome. I enjoyed a complimentary panini and a Coke, and watched my favorite network, HGTV. All in all, it's pretty much everything a gal could ask for, considering the fact that paying to get my car serviced is never tops on my wish list! More

Buying my 2nd Tundra From Jay Wolfe Very professional staff, Facility was spotless and the customer lounge is very comfortable. The Bistro is a very welcomed amenity. I knew I wanted a new Tundra, Specifically a 1794, Other dealers in the area had the color I thought I wanted. Seeing as I had purchased from Jay Wolfe in the past, and the dealership is close to home, I decided to check to see if the Barcelona Red I was looking at was what I expected. Gary took my wife and I around the lot only to the lean the Barcelona Red was more like Cherry Red. Not my Color at all. Gary had the keys for a Gray 1794 that we test drove but didn't have the key for the Dark Brown one I was more interested in. The only thing missing was a drop in bed liner which we addressed during negotiations. We finally came to terms with both sides feeling good. Bottom line, I drove off in a new truck and Jay Wolfe made a sale to a walk in customer. Looking forward to my free scheduled maintenance and trips to the Bistro. Mike C. More
