Assuming that one dealership can be compared to any other based upon the certifications and skills of the mechanics working on our car, what makes a dealership truly stand out? I have to say that would be the folks on the front line dealing with us customers. I have been bringing my 2014 Tundra back regularly since I purchased it new because of the way Mark Hurt has consistently been top notch. I am a realist in terms of a truck when used regularly will need maintenance and yes, things will break from time to time. This still doesn't make you happy to have to spend more money maintaining it but you know if you want to keep it, you will have to do it. This is where Mark shines. He has always provided stellar service in the way he helps me make the right decisions at the right time to help maximize the life span of a vehicle I love. He takes the time to understand how I use my vehicle and offers suggestions on ways to anticipate problems and perform preventative maintenance to minimize that risk.
