I went to get popcorn and it was gone (my appt was at 3pm), employee went to scrape the bottom, like 10 kernels (was silly to present that) and I said that's okay, I'll just wait for the next batch. She said, oh I'm not making anymore. She wasn't sorry or offered chips or anything...just kind of like tough luck mam. She spent the rest of the time cleaning, refilling coffee, etc. Clearly she was ready to go and wanted to clean up and leave. I seriously did not care much one way or another, wouldn't keep me from coming back or anything, it just seems if you're going to have this divine waiting room and awesome offerings, don't make customers feel like an inconvenience. More

Kevin Kettinger was the employee we first worked with and he was very friendly and helpful, getting information from us and not pressuring us into buying anything that day. A couple of weeks later, after visiting other dealerships, test driving other vehicles, and dealing with other sales people, we decided to come back to Jay Wolfe because we had the best overall experience and impression when we had visited there. Also, they had inventory not available at other dealerships and competitive prices. But most of all it was our experience with Kevin; sadly in those few weeks from our first visit he had transferred from Sales to Service. Patrick, Gary, and Mike all stepped in and assisted at various points, ultimately leading to a decision to buy an 2018 Prius One. And I don't particularly enjoy parting with money, but I thoroughly enjoyed conversation and working through all the paperwork with Jason Theis; he was knowledgeable, caring and funny. Also, since he's over on the service side now, looking forward to seeing Kevin again when it's time for some routine maintenance. More

I thought the right thing to do was to go back to JWT to see if we could cancel the deal...snow ball’s chance in xxxx, right! In the end, The fine people at JWT realize that life happens and business sometimes is more about their customers and the community!! JWT canceled the agreement, were kind, and professional, too!! More than grateful...I will buy future vehicles from the quality people at JWT!!! And so should you!!! More
