This week after my service visit, my check out packet did not contain the alignment report....which I was billed for and told they had aligned it....and it had a poor quality black and white report of the multi point inspection that was illegible because the color report is what actually shows the state of the car by color. I called back and asked for both and was told they would be sent. The 1 report sent was not the one I asked for, even though the rep sent it twice. And I was told there was no way to retrieve the alignment report......really? Still dissatisfied with no resolution More

He said we would have the best service and he was right. From the moment we met with Maurice, he treated us like we were friends, getting to know us, what we liked and what are our needs. He made us feel welcomed and did not pressure us at all to buy a car that day. When it came to the finance part, Bill was very knowledgeable and informed us of what each warranty covered and the different prices of each. Once again, no pressure. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Jay Wolfe Toyota. Ask for Maurice! More

Recent service visit. Overall two poor experiences in a row in a span of a month. Felt talked down to by our advisor. We talked about air filters and to let us know if they need replacing. Never came and gave us an update but it was recommended that we change them. Why not come and find me and let me know when it was something I asked about? Was told it was going to be a two hour and forty five minute wait for an oil change. That’s unacceptable. Our car sat for at least fifteen minutes before anyone came to get us. I went to Michelle and the bistro to have her check on it. More

My salesperson Heidi was wonderful!!! Heidi was wonderful. But the daily calls and emails from Kansas City were very irritating. It was very frustrating that the car I was coming to drive was not ready or detailed. It was filthy. Lunch at the Bistro was excellent.Omar in finance was great. The car I purchased was not detailed very well and I had to finish the job myself. This was after Heidi sent it back to them a second time. I would definitely buy another car from Heidi. More
Recommended "needed" work that wasn't needed Took my 2016 Prius in for the recommended 35,000 mile service. Was told by the Jay Wolfe service rep during check-in that I needed a brake fluid flus Took my 2016 Prius in for the recommended 35,000 mile service. Was told by the Jay Wolfe service rep during check-in that I needed a brake fluid flush and two coolant system flushes, totaling $500 worth of work. Trusting that these were indeed "needed", I agreed to the work. However, when I returned home and checked the Toyota Maintenance Manual, I saw that these flushes were not recommended until much later(e.g. 100,000 miles or 120 months). Very disappointing. More

Throughout the process, Maurice kept in touch in a positive way, letting me know what was coming and going on the lot. The second trip in I brought my mother with me who is handicapped. He was extra attentive to her needs getting around the dealership and his sincerity and attention to detail really stood out! When it came time to buy, my aunt was also there as she wanted to make sure I was getting a fair deal. He took the time to understand her point of view and be real with us. Thank you again Maurice! I look forward to seeing you at the dealership when I need service :) More
