Great salesman and cars I almost turned around and walked out! Emily had called me in response to the Costco Auto Purchase Program and I set an appointment to meet at 1:15 p. I almost turned around and walked out! Emily had called me in response to the Costco Auto Purchase Program and I set an appointment to meet at 1:15 p.m. I called her to move the appointment later. In those conversations, she NEVER told me she would not be meeting me, that she was in a distant call-center. So when I was told that she wasn't there, but a salesman/woman could meet with me, I seriously was about to leave with what I felt was some kind of "bait and switch" hand-off. But Mike Nazemi was kind and the receptionist, too. After Mike talked with me I decided to stay, but it was close. I had planned on purchasing a Prius Prime, but after seeing it, decided it was too small. I purchased a used car, a 2014 Prius V and picked it up the next day. I had my Land Cruiser serviced at JW Toyota so I was familiar with the dealership. Mike did a great job explaining the Prius which I had not been in before that day. I had researched the Prime and the Prius online, but nothing beats an experienced person explaining the details as Mike did. Recommendation: retrain you on-line call-center to ensure they explain what will happen when the customer arrives. You almost lost a sale. More

You'll receive competent, honest, polite, expedient (but not rushed) service while waiting in their LUXE customer service area. If Ritz Carlton offered vehicle service, this would be it. Why go anywhere else?! I used to own a Toyota, but bought a different make a few years ago for change of pace. Sour service at a dealer-who-shall-remain-nameless brought me back. Jay Wolfe will service all makes/models and so much the better! I came for my emissions inspection and plan to return for all future service. They even washed my car, complimentary. Huzzah! More
