He addressed all of our concerns in specific detail. If we phoned when he was unavailable, he always responded promptly. He kept us informed during the entire transaction process. More to the point, Maurice gave us confidence that we made the right decision. We were waffling on several models, and he pointed out the various features and advantages, answered all questions, and gave us time to decide.
