We met with DJ who helped us to find a van that had everything we wanted. They gave us a good deal on our trade in and made the whole process so smooth! It wasn’t the ordeal we dreaded when we made the decision to buy again. Thank you so much!! More

In my ten years plus of having three different vehicles serviced at Jay Wolfe, Brandy Wise was by far the most helpful service advisor I have worked with. She is very professional, knowledgeable and clearly customer service oriented. That, coupled with her extremely pleasant personality and positive energy, made for a five star experience for me. I now intend to resume having future service performed on my Camry at Jay Wolfe and will definitely request Brandy as my service advisor. Kudos to her for a job well done! The staff here was knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to show us several different vehicles they had available. They made the purchasing and financing process easy. Additionally, they participate in Costco's auto program. Their customer service was great and we expect that all of our interactions with them moving forward will continue to demonstrate excellent customer care/service. More

Not only do they have the latest and greatest balancing equipment, they have mechanics that know exactly how to use it. I had two other shops attempt the balance. Maurice was GREAT! First off, I'd like to say Maurice was a great person to work with! Maurice was very friendly and communicating with him via text/email was great. I watched Maurice work with several groups of people and he was always on the go! Maurice wastes no time and was very professional. I also appreciated the job the gentlemen in the service department. They were very friendly and kept me updated while my Tundra was getting Line-X and bed extender installed. Mike Wania, too, was very friendly and easy to talk to while setting up my auto loan and extended warranty. The majority of my experience at Jay Wolfe - not so good. With me, strong communication is a must! I did not have that with everyone else. I began ordering my truck with Dan Mesa. There were a couple times where Day would not return my texts or email. At one point I had to send an email to David Diebold because I had questions about my order and it had been a week and a half with Dan not getting back with me. However, Dan was a very friendly person. Dan said he was not working at Jay Wolfe and he said he'd have David Diebold contact me about my questions. I also emailed and left a voicemail with David about my questions as well. I did not hear back from him for several days. I sent an additional email hoping he would reply back (thinking he may have forgotten). I didn't hear back and I was frustrated. I sent one last email wondering if Jay Wolfe was being serious about me purchasing a truck from them or if I should visit another Dealer. What do you know?! He got back to me that same day. He said my emails must have gone to SPAM (that MIGHT be true, but I don't think my voicemail can go to SPAM folder). He gave me an update on when the truck was to be delivered. He also emailed me before he left for the night. He stated he would email me the next day with an update. Well, he never got back to me. I emailed him a couple days later asking for an update. He then kept in good communication for the rest of that day. Just an FYI, David Diebold always seemed very friendly in his emails and in person. The day arrived when I was to pick up my Tundra. Maurice and Mike were great! I emailed David thanking him for helping me get my truck and that I was very happy with it (he did reply back). I got home that night and realized that the VIN number on my temp tag was not the same as what was printed on my documents nor the truck itself. I wanted to know if I needed to come back, or if I would have any issues with getting my title or problems at the DMV. I just wanted to bring attention to this just in case something needed to be done. I emailed David again explaining the situation, and without surprise, he never contacted me back. I called the dealership to speak with someone about this issue and I was transferred to a ladies voicemail. Surprise, she never contacted me back neither! Maurice called me a couple days later, May 21, just to check up on me and see how everything was with my truck. I explained to him what my problem was with the VIN number issue and the lack of communication with other Jay Wolfe employees. Maurice got me the answers I needed quickly. I came back to Jay Wolfe to get a new temp tag. I met Maurice at the front desk and he had everything already to go for me. David was at the desk and said he was a "about to click SEND" on the email I had sent him a couple days prior. Maurice walked me outside and installed my new temp tag. I confirmed with him that someone was to contact me about scheduling an appointment to have my truck Line-X and have my bed extender installed. May 25 has come and I was never contacted about setting up an appointment. I knew Maurice would be able to help me so I contacted him that morning and he looked into it for me. He was in good communication and mentioned that he left a note on the service manager's desk to contact me soon. A few hours later he followed up with me to make sure I was contacted about my appointment. I said Nope and he was shocked. He checked into it for me and got back later that evening. No one had contacted me yet Maurice said he would follow up with me the next morning. May 28 came and I contacted Maurice asking him for an update on my accessories that I had bought. I mentioned to him that I appreciated him doing his job well and that I was very unhappy with Jay Wolfe. Maurice said he would get back to me first thing in the A.M. May 29 came and things finally got rolling. Just another FYI, I have all texts/emails documented if their needed. There are many things that happen behind the scenes for employees and people get busy. Busy taking care of customers and everything. I AM A CUSTOMER! I was VERY patient during this whole process when I rightfully shouldn't have to. In the beginning I mentioned before that my wife will be in the market to purchase a new vehicle within a couple years. I can't imagine going through all of this again with Jay Wolfe. The 5-Star rating reflects my experience with Maurice and the gentlemen who kept in contact with me from the service department. Otherwise, failed. More
