Fantastic Buying Experience My wife and I were shopping around online for prices on a new (2018) Sienna, and found the exact color/trim we were hoping for in inventory at Jay Wol My wife and I were shopping around online for prices on a new (2018) Sienna, and found the exact color/trim we were hoping for in inventory at Jay Wolfe. Their pricing was excellent - well below MSRP and even slightly better than identical (but different color) models at other area dealers. What really "sold" us on buying through them was that while they (like many dealers) extend the standard ToyotaCare that's included when purchasing new (2-year free oil changes/tire rotation) to 4-5 years total, they also include 1 year of free replacement to damaged tires/wheels, windshield chip/crack repair, and paintless dent repair - AND include a protective clear-coat to the body, head/taillights, and wheels. Everyone we Emailed/talked with before even visiting the dealership was warm and friendly, and found it to be the same when we got there. Jim (sales) and Bill (finance) were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy-going. Their customer lounge was truly impressive (I've been to luxury car dealers with worse "lounges") and even though we left our kids at home, they even have a "kids play room." Really top-notch people & facility, and even though buying a car is always stressful, they made it (by far) the most enjoyable experience we've had. Would highly recommend to anyone. More

She was able to ask me questions to lead me to the type of vehicle I would be interested in buying. I asked a lot of questions and Heidi did not hesitate to ask others until she had the answer. Once my mind was made up, the entire team jumped into action to find the car of my dreams and get it to me the next day! What a wonderful experience.
