I visited this dealership on July 7th and was met by Salesperson Gary P. who really listened to what I was wanting in a car and showed me their inventory. We took a test drive and I wanted to take it home to make sure this is the car I wanted. Gary made it happen. I returned and Gary showed me the service area and the awesome customer lounge. (This dealshop offers great refreshments, food/snacks, lots of T.V.s to look at,, a quiet place to do work if you like and even massage chairs to relax in) I was impressed. I worked with Gary, who was awesome, and got a great deal on my new Highlander. I also didn’t have to wait long to go through finance with Mike. Bommarito in Hazelwood looked at my problem and then called Jay Wolfe ( where the car was purchased) to check if we had a road hazard warranty (we did). They made sure the spare was on safely and I drove to Jay Wolfe for service. A new tire was covered by the warranty. My service consultant, Brandy, was great. I was back on the road the same day with a new tire at no charge thanks to the warranty. Thanks to Brandy and Jay Wolfe Toyota. More
