Nice staff, long wait, pointless car wash. Arrived early to my 10:20am appointment for my first free oil change and tire rotation. They checked me in as soon as I got there and told me it would be ready around 11:30 - 11:45. I didn't expect it to take over an hour to have an oil change and tire rotation done, but I figured they gave me a longer time-frame than necessary to be safe. The bistro is great, the staff are great, everything was nice besides the wait. Once the clock hit noon I decided to walk over to the check in area and inquire on the status on my car. They said it was at the car wash station and would be done in 10-20 minutes. Ultimately, I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation, oil change, and a half-hearted car wash. My car was already clean when I brought it in so the wash wasn't necessary but since it's a "courtesy wash" I didn't think to opt out of it. My car was still wet when they handed me the keys, so I had to re-wash it once I got home to get rid of the hard water marks that were left on it. I suppose that's what you expect from a free service on a Saturday morning at a car dealership anyways, they did the work I came for, I had to wait a couple hours, but nothing else on my car got messed up in the process. Overall that's all you can hope for these days. Average experience. More

Unfortunately ,when I recently bought my 4Runner, I REALLY wanted to buy my car from Jay Wolfe. I gave the sales guy every opportunity. I felt that he blew me off and didn’t take me serious. I even told him I was wanting to buy the 4Runner that day. While we were negotiating, he told me that the numbers just weren’t going to work out. For kicks, I went up the street to another dealership and they gave me actually want I wanted. That is my only complaint. I really do not like the other dealership. They don’t have a Mark Hurt who goes above and beyond! More
