He was extremely knowledgable as well, and took the time to teach us about the Toyotas we looked at and explain the differences. Best sales experience we had anywhere along Machester Road, by a mile. Great staff, long waits I absolutely love the people at this dealership, however, I just think an hour and a half is way too long to wait for a scheduled oil change. Even th I absolutely love the people at this dealership, however, I just think an hour and a half is way too long to wait for a scheduled oil change. Even though they are "free", it is so much easier to pay for them at a local valvoline and be done in 20 minutes. Seems like there could be a faster way to handle these maintenance visits. More

Everything was great My scheduled maintenance visit took a little over one hour, exactly as promised, during which time I relaxed in the massage chair in the waiting area. Always feel valued as a customer After dealing with 4 other dealerships, who did not listen to me for the most part, Jay Wolfe was a breath of fresh air. Despite setting up an app After dealing with 4 other dealerships, who did not listen to me for the most part, Jay Wolfe was a breath of fresh air. Despite setting up an appointment, I waited for 25 minutes for somebody to talk to me at the first dealership I visited. After waiting inside for so long I eventually got bored and wandered outside to look at stock. After another 17 minutes, somebody approached me and asked if I had been helped. That should have been my red flag because after test driving, the salesmen asked me if I wanted to purchase the car. I told him for the right price, sure, and his demeanor immediately changed. The salesman was adamant that their offered price was the best and that was what drew me in to their lot in the first place. I kindly told them that was not the case, I was just scoping out the market for my vehicle of interest and saw they had several. They insisted that my only reason for visiting them was because of their competitive price. After being told for fifteen minutes that their price was "the best" and that was the "only reason I was there, because their price couldn't be beat", I had enough and left. I never received a call from them asking about my experience and I never called them back. Very poor service from that dealership. Another dealership kept me waiting for 40 minutes after I also set an appointment. Every time I asked the receptionist "how much longer?" he said "shouldn't be too long". I got fed up as I felt I was being ignored (three people who came in after me were being helped), so I went to the receptionist for the 3rd time. In a rude tone he said that the person who I had my appointment set up with was helping another customer and I could either wait or meet with someone else. So why wasn't I told this 30 minutes before? I asked for another salesman and I had a good experience with them. That was the extent of the kindness. After determining that they would not budge on on an extremely overpriced vehicle, they further suggested vehicles way beyond my budget: I received a total of 4 vehicles that I *should* consider instead as they were "better" and I had to continually remind them that my budget was for me to determine, not theirs. The only nice thing about that dealership was that they kept in touch, but still sent me vehicles that were $4-6K over my budget. I was treated like I had not done my homework and unaware of the market. Jay Wolfe, on the other hand, was refreshing. I set up my appointment and was immediately greeted upon arrival. I met with Gary Panus and he was very polite the whole time. I was actually afraid my mom was going to chew his head off (she was pretty fed up with dealerships at this point), but she said he seemed genuine and actually looked like he wanted to help, and help he did! After 4 months of dealing with stereotypical salesmen, Gary was straightforward and honest. He tried to offer me a car that would fit more comfortably within my budget, but when I told him that I was not interested in other brands/models, he immediately did not pursue that route anymore. He was eventually able to seal me a solid deal and I finally walked away with a new - preowned - car. Thanks Gary! Bill in Finance was also pleasant to deal with. I felt he was relatable and thoroughly explained every car package in great detail. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership in a long time and my family will always bring our business back here, whether through service or sales. More
