Routine Maintenance I regularly bring my vehicle to this dealer for service. Was not informed of the cost of tire alignment I have a 2016 Rav 4 under a 3 year lease of which I have 1 year left. I have not had to pay for any service since all oil and tire rotations are cove I have a 2016 Rav 4 under a 3 year lease of which I have 1 year left. I have not had to pay for any service since all oil and tire rotations are covered for the 1st 25,000 miles. When my rep asked me if I wanted a tire rotation and alignment, no cost was mentioned. I may only keep this vehicle for another year and only put 12,000 annually on it. I would have never paid for an alignment if I had known the cost was as high as it was. I was shocked when he said the charge was $153. I feel a bit mislead even tho I adore Mark. He has always given me excellent service. Robin Chudacoff More

I was looking at a Toyota Camry when this vehicle caught my eye 👁 I I had the most amazing an excellent experience in my life find this car. I was looking at a Toyota Camry when this vehicle caught my eye 👁 I wasn’t impressed with the color blue, but loved the utility of this vehicle which I value more than anything else! The sales team was exceptional with helping me with the purchase of this vehicle and trading in my 2003 venture van that I love and adore and kept well. I’m truly sorry to see that then go by replacing it with this beautiful new vehicle I will learn to keep the fun memories in my heart! Now I don’t have to worry about a car anymore as I know this car will last me a lifetime, but I just replace the anti-freeze at NTB yesterday not knowing I’d buy this brand new car! I hope the venture van finds a beautiful home as it has a long life ahead of it! I Purchased my Toyota Camry and 2013 from Jai Wolf and had a wonderful experience so that’s why went back to buy this car as I was looking to buy a Honda accord sport and was very frustrated with their pricing structure, lack of flexibility and miserable color options, they have none! Toyota is a great company And one that I hold in high esteem! I will have no problem sending my family especially my son who bought a lemon Chrysler 200 that I will try to have an a trade-in and then a future to Jay Wolfe! More
