Jim Bischoff is definitely one of the best salespeople we have me while doing our search for a pre-owned car in the St. Louis/Metro East area. He listened to a description of our needs/requests, and accompanied us as we test-drove and looked at a number of vehicles on Jay Wolfe Toyota's lot. He was able to give us Carfax and other details about the cars, and introduced us to a couple of the dealership's managers to provide additional support. This was important to us, because we had specific needs, requests, and budget with which to find another car - to replace a 22 year-old Corolla which had almost 250,000 miles and was in need of a larger repair to pass inspection. Jim made sure we were comfortable during the process -- we enjoyed the complimentary on-site refreshments. When we did not make a selection on our first visit, Jim followed up within a few days to inform us of another pre-owned vehicle, fitting our needs, which had just become available. It allowed us to make another visit late that same day (after visiting a few other dealerships). We had time to test drive, review details about the 2016 Corolla, and Jim was able to confirm the Toyota Certification on the vehicle prior to our agreement to purchase. Although we were informed there was going to be a several-day wait for the Title to be obtained, Jim and his management team stayed late that evening so that most of the paperwork could be completed to allow us to drive the car home that night. SO -- when, the very next morning, our newly-purchased Corolla failed to start (without a jump), we were fairly confident that Jim, and Jay Wolfe Toyota, would rectify the situation. They DID - asking us to bring in the vehicle as soon as possible so that they could replace the battery, and made sure the car was washed, and extra key fob had a new battery as well! We finalized the sale of our 2016 Corolla yesterday (after title was available), and the Jim made certain it had a full tank of gas, and that he would be available if any questions or issues in the future. We will recommend Jim, and Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County!! More

I have an intermittent backup camera issue that I notified a service advisor about in late July, 2018. He looked me up and said that I had an extended warranty on my vehicle for 100,000 miles or 2020 whichever came first so all I would need to pay was my co-pay. I just stopped in that day because the camera was not working and I wanted to document it with Toyota. I went out of town and when I returned I made an appt to get an emission test for my plates and to check on the backup camera. When the service advisor called me he said that my warranty was only for the drive train so the camera wasn't covered. I told him I bought the vehicle from Wolfe at the end of August, 2016 and it was certified pre-owned. He said that warranty was only good for 12 months. I don't like to be told one thing from one advisor, then something else from another. No matter what my issue is, I expect to get the same answer no matter who I talk to. I did not have the backup camera work completed on my vehicle. I received a call from Marc Hurt the next day. He said he was mistaken and that I did have a 3rd party warranty plan. He apologized and scheduled an appt for me to bring my 4Runner back. He talked to the warranty company and got the work approved and waived my co-pay on the work. I returned today and the work was completed in the time frame promised. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. He introduced me to the PR Mgr at the dealership, Amanda Bickel, who gave me her card and asked that if I ever have any kind of problem that I contact her. She also gave me a gift card to an area restaurant. I know that mistakes can be made, but the measure of the mistake is by how it is rectified. I feel that Toyota, Mark Hurt & Amanda Bickel acted promptly and appropriately and I am completely satifisfied with my service experience. More

I drove away with the car i wanted and she even handled returning my rental car i was in. Bill was the financial employee that took care of me last night.
