I was there for 3 hours on Monday and missed a lot of work. I told the employee that I was going to be really late for work and he apologized but that was it. It would have been nice if some other effort was made to accommodate me for time lost. A discount on my service, or anything. But nothing was attempted. Also, your car wash was broken that day, which I understand. But when I went to pick up my car, someone had written something on my windshield in paint and I couldn't get it off. I had to go back inside the service center and ask someone to clean off my windshield before I could leave and finally go to work. I was very irritated, to say the least. My windshield should have at least been cleaned off before giving my car back to me. Usually I have great experiences in your service center but not on Monday. More
