Great & efficient service! I went to Jay Wolfe Toyota for repair of two recalls involving my car. Called that morning and got in for service @ 1pm that day. Pam, my advisor, sa I went to Jay Wolfe Toyota for repair of two recalls involving my car. Called that morning and got in for service @ 1pm that day. Pam, my advisor, said it would be 2 hrs, so I had a comfortable 2 hrs in their well-provided service lounge, Starbucks coffee, snacks, wifi, etc. Easiest 2 hrs I've spent at a dealership! More

Tom, while quite nice, took a long time and I was very late for work. The shuttle was no where to be seen and a porter had to drive us, which was nice of him to do. People at other kiosks came and went and I was still standing there waiting to be sold more services than I came to acquire. It was a simple oil change and emissions inspection with the regular all over check up and tire rotation, but it took so long! I was in more of a hurry but he didn't seem to understand that as much as I wish he had. He is SUPER nice though. Just needs to read a situation a bit better. Overall, not bad experience, just took a while. On a great note, Brandy was VERY nice on the phone when I called! Pamela is always really nice when I come in too. More
