Hello Ms. Sarah Eibeck, I left a message for you yesterday regarding your post to address your concerns and to also make sure that we have clearly walked through the process that we have at Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County. I reviewed all recorded calls on our line as well as your account in our system to properly address each of your concerns. I would like to mention that the calls are inconsistent with how you describe the salesperson and the Manager and there was no element of disrespect in any way, the Manager simply said I cannot give $6,000 off MSRP on a brand new 2019 that just arrived with no incentives, but we'll offer it to you at invoice which is $30,500. I do regret that you are unsatisfied with your experience as we strive to create an experience like no other for each and every customer, which can be shown by our many Women's Choice Awards, Dealer Rater Awards, President's Awards, and Business of the Year Award. It is to my understanding that you offered 27K for a 2019 Camry XSE that was priced at an MSRP of 32,900K and our offer to you was at invoice since there is simply no feasible way to make that $27K happen; however, in a circumstance such as this there are three options that we typically turn to which are: 1. Putting money down on the front end to decrease your monthly payment number. 2. Considering another vehicle of lesser value that can make your monthly payment attainable. 3. Paying more per month for the 2019 Camry XSE. Regarding the vehicle that was sold - we are unable to hold any vehicles unless a deposit is put down for that said vehicle. As I stated above I did review your call with the Sales Manager and as he explained at the time, it is no problem for us to locate another 2019 Camry XSE for you where we will guarantee the price at invoice. Please return my call if you would like to discuss anything that I may have failed to mention as we diligently work each day to provide that best customer service possible to all potential, past, current, and future customers. You can paint this anyway you want to make yourselves look good, but the reality is that you just have really xxxxty business practices. I did NOT request $6,000 off a car, we were supposed to be negotiating but you guys don't seem to understand what that is as well as the fact that you really weren't far away from making a sale that day, but you refused to negotiate past this first offer. No dice. Shouldn't have called me on Friday then, and then most certainly should not have led me on with the promise to talk to the sales manager and call back, should've just said no then. Hence, why I'm angry. I couldn't have cares less about it if you guys had been decent enough to be upfront about it, but instead you gave me the runaround and then decided to get sarcastic and ugly when I called to find out why you didn't care about selling your inventory. I can afford the camry, and honey I promise I make more than you and I had a very considerable downpayment, but no one buys a car for asking price. There is ALWAYS NEGOTIATION. SOMETHING YOU DO NOT COMPREHEND EVIDENTLY. But that's fine, I'm sure you probably would've jacked with it before handing over the keys so I'd have all kinds if repairs just in time for my coverage to end. The fact that you guys took down messaging ability to my post on facebook does not make you look honest and caring of women, it makes you look manipulative and smarmy. Hence I'm sure why they had you, a woman, answer this, so I "can't claim that" but my beef isn't with you. Your just the devils hand in this. Oh and as far as selling the car? Yeah, if you'd either 1. Been honest with me this wouldn't be an issue, I would've never known 2. Negotiated like you should've, it would've been mine THAT DAY. Honestly, I didn't expect 27k for it, but I expected a counter offer (that's when you shoot me a higher price than what I said, but lower than we were, get it?) Maybe you guys just need some training or some business education or something. Rest assured most business don't fight to keep employees that treat customers like xxxx and lead them on, but considering your line of work and what I've seen from this dealership, i guess..... Also, *on more than one occasion* now YOU GUYS were supposed to call ME, and utterly neglected to do so. I don't know if you feel clever by throwing my name out on here, it's not like it took any effort for you, but at this point it's with all the reviews I've left, as well as with everyone I've spoken too (which by the way has been a lot and trust me, there WILL be more, I'm the person people come to because I will reserve judgement for as long as possible, just like I did here) Since you made no effort to make any of this right, my opinion is that you run a shady business that I wouldn't send an enemy to if I genuinely had any. And that's exactly what I'll be telling everyone.
