He was generous with his time, explaining free oil change, tire rotation, and other dealership perks. I test drove two cars which provided an opportunity for a detailed description of the car. The negotiation process was professional and culminated in driving off with a new RAV4. Equipped with lots of new technology and features, I’m enjoying my new purchase! Thanks also extend to Mike and William for their assistance. The dealership offers a great service area and the waiting area is incredible. Not only did I lunch at the snack bar, I can easily see myself waiting in a comfortable lounge area- furnished with sofa seating and tables for working with plug-ins for devices. And last, many places are welcoming and friendly but Jay Wolfe goes a little further by remembering names and faces. More

Our salesman Joe Fuson was very professional and very easy to work with and did not make us feel pressured into buying, leaving the decision to us. Omar Elsoueissi, the finance department manager was also very professional and took the time to ensure we understood the terms and options available to us. However, we did feel somewhat pressured to purchase an extended service plan and had to read over the paperwork very closely to ensure we understood how much we were financing. For example, we had to ask specifically what was the interest rate we were going to pay, and discovered with our insisting that they were going to use an external bank with a higher interest rate versus the lower promotional rate Toyota is offering. Overall, I would send friends and family over to Jay Wolfe Toyota with the caveat to keep your eyes open during the financing process. More
