Squealing Solved! Thank you Pam and Scott for taking care of the squealing that I was experiencing when I put the car in reverse. I was offered a loaner car also. The details of what was causing the squealing were explained to me, and Pam helped me re-adjust my seat. What I like best about this dealership is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, even if they're not my service person. Pam is fantastic - very caring and kind and patient! Internet shopping at its best!!! I was in need of a replacement of my daughters car due to an accident. I am in Chicago - she is in St. Louis. I found a car on the Jay Wolfe webs I was in need of a replacement of my daughters car due to an accident. I am in Chicago - she is in St. Louis. I found a car on the Jay Wolfe website - and gave Maurice a call. He explained the RAV4, warranties and items to do if we wanted to proceed. I put a hold on the car. My daughter and I were never at the dealership at the same time - so Maurice had to coordinate all the paperwork and work with both of us at different times. The car deal was closed this last Monday. Maurice explained the AWD system to my daughter as I requested. All came together very nicely. I would recommend Maurice to anyone looking for a new / used Toyota. Thank Again!! More
