Scheduling was easy Our buying experience at Jay Wolfe was by far the best that we’ve had, and now we can say the same about their service department. Scheduling was easy, their staff was exceptionally friendly & informative about what they did/found, and their waiting lounge (huge and luxurious) puts the whole experience over the top. Can’t recommend enough and we will be back for all future service work! More
Rude Employee Tom was VERY unprofessional and racist. He also wouldn’t let the man with cash without making s huge production over it. He was also very degrading in his tone of voice to everyone he talked to. It felt like he wanted to be the top dog and shoe everyone he was superior. He was also talking with a mouth full of food as he was helping, and he was eating a container of mixed nuts, which my boyfriend is extremely allergic to, so I had to wash my hands and be very cautions after shaking Toms hand so I wouldn’t kill my boyfriend. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. More

Shuttle service driver was great I was skipped over by Kevin when dropping my car off who took a customer who he said was simply checking out which was upsetting. Great service, friendly store I like the costumer lounge with the Bistro and the round tables with the variety of phone chargers but also the comfortable leather seats which help m I like the costumer lounge with the Bistro and the round tables with the variety of phone chargers but also the comfortable leather seats which help make your waiting experience seem shorter. The technician virtual video updates are awesome and I really like the texting back and forth with the adviser with updates on my car instead of him chasing me down around the lounge, showroom or bathroom :) More
