While it was being serviced, I accidentally left some critical medication in my loaner vehicle and Bill went out of his way to search for and secure the medication. Can't say enough about how happy I was with the attention to care, and even the dent removal while my vehicle was there. More

Tired of getting scammed on services I just want an oil change and tires checked. Instead I get told I need to winterize (scam) its a new car! and I need my throttle cables cleaned (scam) I just want an oil change and tires checked. Why did I buy a new car???? So I could avoid all that BS. Then they finally showed me a video that said I need new filters! I agreed and they left the glove box on the floor. After I waited for 2 1/2 hours! Thats totally uncalled for! More

By “on it”, I mean he wouldn’t quit until all avinues of the finance prossess was exhausting. I did ultimately have to acquire a co-signer, but the fact is, Mr. Elsoueissi put in work talking to lenders, never giving up until he acquired a rate and payment affordable to me. He was very professional and understanding about my financial situation. He kept pushing when most would call it a lost call and give up. I truly feel Mr. Panus and Mr. Elsoueissi need to be recognized for their level of professionalism, dedication to the customer, and their drive to go above and beyond to help the costumer and making the car buying experience enjoyable with a low stress level for the customer. I also wanted to make a note to mention Michelle Frankenwics in the bistro, she was very polite, accommodating, and entertaining. She works hard to get every costumer what they’ve asked for in a timely manner. Daniel Ruckman in the service department deserves to be recognized as well, he listened to and accommodated me knowing I lived two hrs away. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his position within you organization. overall, I was very impressed and I will strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a new or used automobile, and will recommend they speak with Gary Panus and Omar Olsoueissi, because I know these two men will treat whom ever I refer with the highest level of dignity, respect, and professionalism, because that’s how they treated me. Service guy rude He is a Whited haired harsh older guy, sits in the middle of the row.
