Great experience but expensive Brandy Wise, my service person, was excellent. She explained everything clearly and was professional and positive. Jay Wolfe West County dealership & service center I always get great service when I come to this location. Sometimes they try to sell me additional services I don't want or necessarily need, but I kno I always get great service when I come to this location. Sometimes they try to sell me additional services I don't want or necessarily need, but I know that's their job. I know this service center will look my car over and make sure it's in tip-top shape, and that any required maintenance is taken care of. My car always gets a complimentary wash and I leave happy. Sometimes when I need more extensive maintenance, they will give me a loaner car or give me a shuttle ride to/from the dealership. I continue to be impressed with these professionals!! Thanks. More

They Stand by their Dealer Warranty. Kevin clearing communicated that the work was part of the Wolfe Advantage and also indicated when I'd be out of warranty. No problems.
