We welcome and appreciate all customer feedback and understand that under your circumstances with your current vehicle you are experiencing some frustration however at Jay Wolfe Toyota we strive daily to go above and beyond to create a one of a kind experience for our customers - future, past, and present. After reviewing your comments and your account from first interaction to last in our system I will be happy to walk through your concerns and make sure that our procedures and steps that we have followed are transparent and clear. When I attempted to reach out to you the phone number that we have on file is a non-working number so we followed up by email and are waiting to receive a reply. The vehicle that you purchased on our pre-owned lot went thru the mandatory multi-point inspection that we require when we purchased it from a customer that traded it in. You were provided the information on the vehicle when you purchased it from our dealership. Also - you were offered a variety of warranties at the point of purchase which is encouraged when a pre-owned vehicle is purchased - you declined the warranty options. According to my records, you put 10,000 additional miles onto your vehicle in a 3-month time frame from the time your vehicle was purchased to the time that your vehicle needed the repairs that you have reported, so there is no way to predict what could have happened in that time frame and 10,000 miles. I understand your frustration with having to pay for a repair for your vehicle but want to be clear that this is no way the dealerships fault since there was no indication of the issue you mentioned in the history. We strive to maintain full transparency with our customers and at no time misled or misinformed you of anything regarding your vehicle. We believe that customer satisfaction comes first and will always do our best to provide an experience like no other. We welcome our guests to enjoy Jay's Bistro where we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and the entire menu is complimentary, massage chairs, power station, and kids room to create a true one of a kind experience!
