Stay AWAY Attention ALL USED CAR buyers do not be drawn in by this dealership and all their “perks” of customer service. Yes they will sell you anything-includi Attention ALL USED CAR buyers do not be drawn in by this dealership and all their “perks” of customer service. Yes they will sell you anything-including cars that are not worth the money. Do NOT be fooled by their free WiFi-bar of fast ffree car washes and fattening grilled cheese sandwiches. This car dealership will sell you a lemon-I had my paceman Mini Cooper less than 48 hours and contacted my sales man Jim(whom they put out there with no sales experience & will vent all about his crappy divorce while you are test driving). Less than 48 hours of purchasing I called/texted him the check engine light was on-with a pic of the light on. NO response brought it in “they claim” nothing was wrong but here we will offer you a free oil change with your purchase while you enjoy a $1 grilled cheese and water. My check engine light was still ON -mind you less than 90 days later and one car payment made...they send my car to Mini for the diagnosis $150.00 and then $1500.00 the timing is messed up and the fuel pump. Seriously?? Less than 2 days after buying this dealership was notified...Stay AWAY! There are many dealerships on Manchester...I wish I would’ve went somewhere else. I will regret this purchase for a very long time. Since leaving that dealership I have paid out over $3000 for a used car in less than 90 days of purchase. Scott the service manger didn’t update me on the situation for 48 hours, Jim the salesman is completely incompetent with a newbie rehearsed spill AND the sales manager acts like it’s his first day. Incompetent-thief’s! Stay Away?? More
