Poor customer service from service department adviser Service Adviser (Brandon) failed to access our vehicle records saying likely purged even though we had 4 service visits in past 12 months. Phone call Service Adviser (Brandon) failed to access our vehicle records saying likely purged even though we had 4 service visits in past 12 months. Phone call dropped/disconnected. No call back from him so I placed a call again after 10 minutes. I asked Brandon if he had tried to return the call once it disconnected mid conversation and he said he hadn't because he wasn't sure why it disconnected. Duh! He asked for the VIN and then said the # was not attached to a vehicle (??) which sounds like an internal issue. He finally saw something in our file showing we had been in the prior month so I don't know why that wasn't readily visible during the first call. This is not the usual experience we have had with Jay Wolfe Toyota and hope it is the last bad experience. More

2017 Honda civic Maurice was awesome. I’m not from the area and he went above and beyond to make myself and my dad feel welcome. We left the dealership once and came b Maurice was awesome.
