It was not a great experience! Service advisor was not keen to explain. I was asked to come to counter after service and when I showed up, he informed that I was late by 5 min and n Service advisor was not keen to explain. I was asked to come to counter after service and when I showed up, he informed that I was late by 5 min and need to wait for 15 min. I am okay to wait till the person in front of me was taken care, but it sounded very unprofessional that I was late by 5 min and now need to wait for 15 min. I was quoted $68 for changing head lamp bulb. I could do myself for $12. There is absolutely no reasoning for this high quote. This is the last time I come there and look somewhere for better service at affordable price. More
