Service problem resolution. Everyone was nice and helpful in Service and the Waiting Room. The problem was there was a form on the seat of our RAV4 that said that a service (Alignment) that we had paid for was not possible, but we had been charged anyway. We had already left the service area, so I called Brandon Pocost to inquire about it. He asked us to come back, but we had to postpone our return till Fri. morning. When I returned Fri., Brandon apologized and stated that there had been a lapse in communication between one of the technicians and him and had the alignment performed. I was understanding (I have been in his position myself) and thanked him for taking care of the problem. I have no problem with Brandon. The reason I gave a low score was for the inconvenience to me and the apparent incompetence or lack of training of the technician. I will be returning and I do recommend Toyota and your service department. The fact that Brandon responded quickly and decisively to solve the problem made me comfortable with continuing to patronize Toyota. More

He actually makes the car maintenance experience FUN because he acts like he absolutely loves his job and that there's nothing in the world he'd rather be doing than helping me. He's punctual and efficient, too. What a wonderful employee Jay Wolfe has in this guy! I'd also like to note that I fully appreciate the ladies working the snack area as I always bring my car in over lunch break, and the smoothie and salad are great! I don't have to eat in my car! They are friendly and happy to make me whatever I'd like for that day. Darlene and Beth are welcoming and eager to serve. I also appreciate that my car is returned to me freshly washed! It is a GREAT place and I am thrilled I bought my car there from Brad back in July. More
it was mediocre. The people of the dealership are always friendly with the exception of the girls at the food counter. They were stressed out and out of a lot of items that customers asked for. My service guy is always nice and polite, but I came in for an under 5,000 mile service and fluid top off. When I got home the windshield wiper fluid alert came on because it was still low. I ended up topping it off myself. They also mentioned an airbag recall but did not have the parts to fix it yet. So I feel like I paid for safety features that I do not have in my $80,000.00 car... disappointing. More
