My husband called the dealership & talked to Quentin who was willing to meet us on Friday evening. Even though they close at 6pm, he was kind enough to stay and help us until 7pm! We came back Saturday and purchased our 2018 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Quentin asked what we wanted to see and didn't try to push anything on us but only to meet our expectations.
