When I want an oil & oil filter change that’s what I want and I understand maintenance items being brought to my attention but pressure on my wife who’s bringing in the vehicle to schedule or authorize hundreds of dollars for repairs or maintenance pisses me off and pushes me to another shop or non dealership for basic maintenance. Especially after having to schedule the work, 1:45 mns for an oil change. Just give me the printed maintenance recommendations and work on getting the basic request completed faster. You are not valuing my time! More
