Refreshing experience! I had been slowly losing confidence in my vehicle when I brought it into a competitors shop for maintenance. I had been given Fadil's information and I had been slowly losing confidence in my vehicle when I brought it into a competitors shop for maintenance. I had been given Fadil's information and was speaking with him about being "stuck" at this dealership until I knew more about my vehicle. He knew I was in the market so he quickly volunteered to come pick me up in the very car I was interested in. We test drove it and discussed all the ins and outs of this vehicle versus what I had been driving. Fadil answered all of my questions thoroughly and confidently. Upon return to Jay Wolfe, we began the historically uncomfortable part of making the deal. However, to my surprise, there was no uncomfortable back and forth, no pressure that "this is the best I can do", we discussed the situation as equals and came to an agreement. Fadil went above and beyond for me this day. He helped me retrieve one vehicle from my house that needed a jump start and assured me that everything would be okay. He took care of all the aspects of this deal and seemed to know EXACTLY what was important to me without ever discussing it with me beforehand. This experience with Fadil and the entire Jay Wolfe dealership was the most relaxing and exciting car buying experiences I have ever had. Before this visit, I was a Honda girl. As long as Jay Wolfe and Fadil are around, I'm a Toyota girl from now on. More
