Straightforward I flew in to KC for 48h with a plan to sell/trade my parents 2 vehicles and get them a new minivan. I planned to pay cash in full with 1 trade in for I flew in to KC for 48h with a plan to sell/trade my parents 2 vehicles and get them a new minivan. I planned to pay cash in full with 1 trade in for the van. It was raining, which did not make things easy or comfortable. We stopped at Dodge/Chrysler where the salesman was RUDE!! Obviously I did not want to buy from him. We then went to Toyota and Bill greeted us outside as we exited our vehicle (in the rain). He was pleasant not pushy and straightforward. We found a 2020 minivan that was perfect for my parents and 2h later left the lot down 1 trade in with their beautiful new ride! Bill spent a lot of time showing my Dad (66 years old) how to work all the buttons etc! Thank you Jay Wolfe Toyota and Bill!!! More
