I did not notice that I was nearing 40,000 miles until the reminder appeared and I scheduled a weekday service. Tony was great, as always. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had in buying a car. Quentin did an excellent job of walking me through the process and thoroughly explained all of the features in the car. The process of negotiating with Fadil on the final price and the value of our trade was the most efficient and fair that I have ever experienced at a car dealership. He took the time to ensure that we understood all of the features of our new car. He also responded almost immediately to questions that I sent him by text both before and after the sale - even responding outside of business hours. I highly recommend him as a sales consultant. I usually dread meeting with the finance department to finalize buying a car because the sessions seem to last forever. By contrast, Rena Roberts presented the warranty and other options in a highly organized and quick manner to help us make our decisions. As with Fadil, this part of the process was very efficient. The only positive thing was the service manager. I scheduled an appointment for a few different services, including paintless dent repair. When I arrived at my appointment, the person who performs paintless dent repair wasn't on site per his scheduled hours; however, since I was routed to a call center, the person who scheduled my appointment wasn't aware of that. It was disappointing to drive 30 minutes to not receive all of the services I had expected. The appointment turned into a simple tire rotation. I waited close to two hours to get my tires rotated and then, the maintenance reminder in my 4runner wasn't even turned off correctly and continues to pop up. I'm disappointed in the level of care provided by Toyota Care. If the service department were that behind, I would've preferred someone had called me to reschedule my appointment. The only positive of this experience was Hanna, the assistant service manager. She was pleasant, understanding, and easy to work with. This was our first experience in the service department since buying our Toyota and, honestly, I'm wondering if I should've gone with another Ford and the excellent service I receive there. More
