The time to conclusion seemed long so we used the dealer's offer to free shuttle into a nearby shopping area to fill the time. Pick up was a little slow (because main phone apparently didn't forward pick up request promptly to our service rep. To her credit, I couldn't at the time recall his name.). Work was apparently done and price paid as expected when we returned. As always, all staff members were courteous and efficient. Thanks! We'll be back. More
Great sales staff, appalling detailing of CPO Sienna Staff we dealt with were wonderful, prompt in response and providing requested photos via text. After getting the car home, we went over the car and noticed some nasty stains in the carpets, dirt, grass and general mess and residue on all parts of the interior. Looks like whomever did the detailing of the car did a surface quickie job, at best. Very disappointing to see such poor work on an otherwise nice CPO vehicle. The floor mats in the back seat areas were not removed for cleaning the carpet and there are large stains from what appears to be drink spills. There are residual nasty smells in the car, as well, most likely from old drink/food stains. Now we have to pay to have someone here in Springfield do it right. That should not be the case when purchasing a CPO vehicle from Toyota. I have photos and will be emailing the dealership. More

The online pricing is still misleading but once we arrived at the dealership I had no complaints and our salesman made the whole process easy. I came in for a tire rotation. I walked in to the service department and there were a total of 6 advisors sitting in their chairs staring at their computer screens and not one said anything to me. I stood in dead silence for a few minutes and I was finally asked if they could help me. During this process, three other customers came in and the same thing happened to them. A very uncomfortable situation. Once I got through the very uncomfortable lack of proper GREETING, everything went EXCELLENT. More
